Work Product:
PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver proofs of photos to CLIENT no more than thirty days (3-10 weeks) after the date of the Shoot Days.
All photos delivered to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT’S personal use only or otherwise stated in the scope section. Photos will be provided via online gallery and will include files in JPEG file format.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer’s shooting and editing style is unique and may vary from the Client’s expectations. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the Photographer's portfolio and ensure that the style is in alignment with their preferences before booking the services.
Once the images have been delivered, whether digitally via download or in printed form, the Client confirms that the photography services have been rendered in full and the contract is deemed complete. As such, per the Photographer's business policy, no refunds will be issued once the images have been downloaded or printed. The Client understands that all payments made are non-refundable once the deliverables are provided, and any disputes regarding the final images will be addressed through a review of the agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Date changes and Cancellations:
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date.
Client can have date rescheduled, one time. Additional fees apply to further date changes. Change is subject to photographer
availability.
There shall be no refund for the 50% up-front payment after signing agreement due to the reservation of the photography date. If the event is cancelled within three months of the date, the client shall pay the remaining balance of the contract due to the high probability that PHOTOGRAPHER will not be able to further book the date. Once the balance is paid, it is non-refundable. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the CLIENT and the PHOTOGRAPHER, in writing. While the payment is non-refundable, CLIENT may choose to apply part or in full to another future event at the discretion of PHOTOGRAPHER, which must be within 1 calendar year.
